Sony TVs 10th Anniversary Bash can definitely be titled as the mother-of-all-parties thrown this season... The lobby of the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, twinkled, twinkled with little stars and big stars from advertising and varied media. Shabana Azmi dressed in all black looked glorious and young as ever, while hubby Javed Akhtar looked regal in his trademark kurta-pyjama. Mr. Mohabbatein lutaunga, Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant was there too going red in the face denying news of his engagement to a neighbourhood sweetheart. Mandira Bedi was there too, in a white sequined sari and silver bikini top! Sony big-wigs were all there; Kunal Dasgupta played perfect host while Tarun Katial walked hand-in-hand with a mysterious lady in black. Jassi aka Mona Singh was there with "friend" Karan Oberoi. Rohit and Mansi Roy, Rajiv and Delnaaz Paul made it a point to attend.

Bakhtyar Irani with his strange hairdo came all dressed up in a suit. Most stars turned up post midnight with Javed Jaffery and Negaar Z. Khan strolling in at around 1 am. Aatish Kapadia, Jamnadas Majethia and Deven Bhojani also arrived very late. The entire Kkusum gang was conspicuous by its absence, including Madame Butterfly Ekta Kapoor. Juhi Parmar made a brief appearance. Narayani Shastri walked in sans Gaurav Chopra who is out of India but she seemed well attended to by Anuj Saxena. Others at the do included Niki Aneja and hubby Sunny, Sonu Nigam, Gaurav Gera, the three musketeers Sachin Sharma, Rohit Bakshi and Sumit Sachdev, Maninee and Mihir Mishra, Sai (in a micro-mini skirt) with Shakti Anand, and Parmeet Sethi with wife Archana Puran Singh. Yash Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Randhir Kapoor appeared a bit lost in telly-land but stuck around for a while! Last but not the least, spotted having a blast were Chetan Hasraj, Divya Dutta, Pankaj Udhas, Vikas Bhalla, Sameer Soni, Shweta Salve with Rodney, Anu Malik, Tina Parakh, Nikhil Alva, Deeya Singh, and Yash Tonk! Waakai... Iss party jaissi koi nahin!
