i drank too much water today. Actually, I have been overdrinking water for many days now. You are supposed to drink 5 servings of water a day. One serving is 8 oz. What do I do....I don't know how I misread the label but I have been drinking 8 - 12 oz of water. I have been having to the bathroom every 20 minutes. 😳

😆 😆 😆 JP, wow, it has happened to me before, but now with water, it happened to me with orange juice!! that makes me go to the bathroom! omg, when i was lik 10 years old, at night, i had to go to the potty every 2 mins and i couldnt get to sleep! omg, i just couldn't stop going to the bathroom! 😛
