Divorce papers has just been submitted, not yet sealed.

What a mess! Writers are drunk!

P.S: Tears can't ruin whole signature. That paper can be submitted and accepted if concerned personally submits them. There are more papers to sign after 1st paper submissions which actually is authentic papers for judges.
