The episode begins with Vidhi waiting for Bijju to gain consciousness, and pacing nervously. Outside, in the waiting zone, Sunil is also pacing and checking his watch every now and then. Meenu hands over Vidhi a cup of tea/coffee, but she turns it down.
Vidhi's 1 hr is over, so Sunil leaves to bring her back. Here Vidhi continuously checks on the clocks, and Sunil enters the room, and asks her to come with him, Vidhi pleads for 5 more mins but Sunil shuts her saying he can give her no more time, Meenu intervenes, but Sunil shuts her too. Vidhi sadly follows her father but before leaving she takes one last expectant look at Bijju, when Sunil calls her again, and she follows out. Meenu sighs and waits in the room with Bijju.
Along the corridor, Sunil and Vidhi are walking, Meenu waits for Bijju to wake up. Just then Bijju stirs up and calls for his 'madamji', and Meenu witnessing this runs out to give Vidhi the good news. Outside the Hospital, Pammi and Vidhi are complaining how because of Vidhi everything can be ruined they are so late, when Vidhi and Sunil join them. They hurry and get in the car, and are about to leave, when Meenu comes in to stop them from leaving and gives Vidhi the good news that Bijju is awake. Vidhi on hearing this, is really happy but Sunil cautions her. Vidhi asks for 5 mins and pleads to him, Sunil allows her.
Vidhi happily leaves, running along the corridor, and she enters Bijju's room, smiling at him broadly. Bijju opens his eyes and sees Vidhi standing at the door, he calls out for her . She comes up to him wiping the tears in her eyes, saying that she is relieved that he is awake, and starts crying again. On seeing this Bijju jokes that he woke up just to see her tears, and when she cries she makes two people her enemies, 1. Bijju himself, and 2. Kareena, Vidhi wipes her tears and apologizes on behalf of her friends. Bijju looks away saying curtly that so they were her friends. Vidhi senses his tone and tells him that they are not 'her' friend but their Family friend. On hearing this Bijju is relieved that they arent her friends, as those bad people can't be her friends. Vidhi tells him that she was really worried that he wasnt waking and she was about to leave, but Bijju stops her joking that he is not going to die so easily and once he fell from the roof while playing kite...Vidhi stops him and tells him that she is about to leave and her father is waiting outside for her. Bijju looks at her sadly and tells her that she has to leave for Paris. Vidhi asks him why had he come back to meet her earlier, and he searches for answer, and finally answers that he came there to say goodbye, but Vidhi looks unconvinced so Bijju jokes that people who never lie can catch others' lies very easily, so he says that he had come to say something to her but to say those things all over again, he needs some alcohol and nether they have time for that nor is the place right for this. Vidhi retorts saying to speak one's heart's content people dont need alcohol to gain courage. Just then Sunil calls Vidhi to hurry her up, and she tells him that she is about to leave, so she bids a very sad Bijju. Vidhi is about to leave out of the door, when Bijju calls out for her and she asks her to say what he wants. Bijju pleads to her to not to go to Paris, and she looks at him sadly. HSe tells him that her father is waiting outside and she has to leave. He says that he is not stopping her to go to her dad, but he is stopping her from going to Paris, and then he exclaims that he has told his heart's content without any alcohol. She smiles at him, but leaves.
