Exactly kulakshani means one who bring bad name to kul or family. Called for woman who is with 2 man or having extra marital affair etc etc

U r welcome. Can't really equate it with characterless because father's used to call daughters that in sanskrit plays when they marry outside their religion or with a lower caste etc.
