Part 1
Sid tells Ranjeet that he is so capable, he should be heading his own business. He says had Sid been Ranjeets brother, he would have supported him in every way but Neil, well he doesnt believe in Ranjeet. Ranjeet fumes but agrees.
Sid asks Ranjeet to join him for drinks and they go to a bar and drink and blabber together.
Ragini is discussing with the other company for merger but the owners ask for Neils presence. Ragini tries to reassure them when Neil comes all drunk and asks for who blocked his credit/debit cards. Ragini asks him to not create a scene in the office. She informs his she blocked his cards but that agitates Neil. He fumes on her but Ragini begs him to keep calm.
The owners of the other company express their displeasure and cancel the deal. Naina watches sadly.
Sid asks Ranjeet more about Neil and he blabbers that Neil is crazy. He has bipolar disorder. Sid is shocked. Ranjeet further says that Neils ex-g.f left him for this reason. He is crazy and insane.
Ragini reaches home and is shaken up by Neils behaviour. She decides to leave thinking she is not a weak woman trying to make a marriage that should never have happened to work. She thinks that DD wont have allowed her to suffer like this. She starts to pack her stuff when Naina comes. She begs Ragini to not leave Neil for the sake of humanity coz he is unravelling and so is her home, her life and her business. She breaks down and begs Ragini to take Neil back and stay. Ragini unwillingly relents.
Sid asks Ranjeet more about Neil but Ranjeet keeps mum. Sid is worried for Ragini.
Part 2
Neil begs Ragini not to leave. He breaks down. He notices her luggage and requests her to stay. He promises to never hurt her again. Ragini relents but says she has certain conditions.
Sid asks Ranjeet to spill the beans. Ranjeet says Neil is fullon crazy and after him, he will handle Neil's business. Sid laughs and he asks Ranjeet to dance with him.
Sid thinks that the source of Neil's illness is in his relationships.
Part 3
Ragini tells Neil to promise he wont drink ever again, never hurt her again, Neil agrees. Ragini says till u fulfill these two conditions, dun expect me to be intimate with u. Neil is stunned.
Precap ---- Sid tells Ragini that Neils mental condition is not stable and he has bipolar disorder. Ragini is shocked.
