I don't feel dat Sid will stop wedding but Wat may stop d wedding is as Roshni today said to siimi dat she will tell Neil everything she will try to talk to him but don't be able to so she may write a letter to him or send a message telling everything about her past which obvyo Neel won't read
But Roshni might think Neil has read it from his actions and believe he is OK from her past and on wedding Neil will get to know d truth thru d investigator or some other source and feel betrayed
And this can temporarily stop d wedding but later he will read d msg a feel sorry
