His plan was not fully revealed but I think he is not telling Roshni as then he might not be able to take revenge. After a long time it would be hard for them to stay away from each other. All they would be doing is romancing or something. He won't be able to focus on taking revenge. See now Roshni is also concentrating on taking revenge and is stonger mentally to do so. He saw how broken she was when Nani almost fell from the stairs, and he heard her say she was breaking...He does not want to see that. He wants to see his sherni Roshni back. For him to be someone else and then act as himself will make her not lose focus and make sure everything is going as planned to revenge Shabnam...He wants to see her fight and fight hard, which is why he is not always interfering.

Also, he might be playing a game with Shabby by confusing her as to who he is by making Pinto tell her he is a fake. We all also know he has unique ways to take revenge and prove things right.

I am waiting to see how his plans go from now on...I am sure more information will come to us as more episodes come. But he does tell her in the jungle as to who he really is...
