It is similar Geet falls down the stairs while talking with Maan in the phone. He was in a village meeting where people started hitting him and Geet hears all this from the phone and falls off the stairs. Her daadi maa and his brother take her to the hospital while Maan is still unaware of the miscarriage. Later he comes to know and rushes to hospital. Geet goes in depression and Maan stays away from her because she doesn't talk to him.

tfs.. i saw the seg.. it was looking as if dd only cared for the kid.. they didnt show roshni or sid breakdown.. sid toh doesn't even know. and looks like what Paru said happened in Geet will happen here.. highly probable.. both sidni will blame themselves for it i feel :|

^^ @Abinaya: she just goes to depression thinking about her baby while keeps everyone away from her. And Maan too decides to give her some time alone. And by reading the spoiler Roshni is doing the exact thing! Only difference Sid doesn't give up but who knows probably he will think she too needs some time alone 😕
