It can't be a dream and she is actually saying it. In the sbs Sid was was hurt in the button as well the sindoor scene. So I think they actually have this conversation but sid refuses and that's why roshni starts her strategy to get back sid.

well remember in a spoiler article Simran will say something to Sid that will affect his divorce...well after seeing how Kritika was aiming most of her wornds on Roshni being around will make her always think about Rajveer...we all know Simran wants her daughter happiness and I feel she will tell Sid in a twisted emotional way that the only way for Kritika to actually move on from this is by getting Roshni and her family far away from there...She migh even add in how Kritika only dropped the case because she saw him as a brother and wanted him happy, so now he must see her as his sister and sacrifice his love so his family can be normal again
