Part 13

"I feel so bad for you, Sid.. Your plans are always a disaster! Last time too, I check mated you. Do you remember?" smirked RV.

Siddharth closes his eyes and recalls the doomsday when his life was completely shattered. How he lost everything in just one day - His honour, his respect, his love and most importantly his life. This is what RV wants him to do, to get emotional and weak. But now was not the time to think about the past, because his present was better. Roshni was with him. Then why should he think about the past and waste his time? Siddharth says confidently,

"What do you want RV? From the past 6 months you are living this lavish life which you always wanted! You are just a roadside beggar for me. I don't understand why do you want to ruin my life? What have I done to you ever?"

"What have you done? Sid, Sid, Sid.." RV comes closer to him.

"Your memory is so bad? Acha chalo main hi tumko batata hun.. I have loads of time today for you coz kal se toh tum hoge hi nahi picture mein" he laughs out loud.

Siddharth continues to look at him angrily.

At the hospital:

Roshni was trying to walk with the help of the nurse and she was quiet successful. She just needed little bit support but she was better now. Her physiotherapy session was over and the nurse just helped her to sit on the bed when Yash enters. He had brought another bouquet for Roshni.

"Hello, pretty girl! How are you now?"

Roshni was in a good mood, as she was feeling better and she would get discharged the very next day.

"Hi Yash! I am great. I will finally be home tomorrow."

"Wow! That's great news. Look what I got for you, Orchids! Do you remember how much you used to love them when we were in college?"

"Oh Yash they are so pretty! Of course I remember." Roshni took them and smiled as it reminded her of something else too.

[FLASHBACK: It was one of their lucky days, since the Hitler of their romance was not at home.

Roshni was making the bed; she had loads of work to do. She had to clean the room too and then get ready. Siddharth had promised her that they will go out tonight to watch a movie. She looks at the clock and says,

"Last time our plans got cancelled because of those snobs who think they are my friends, but this time I will not let anybody spoil our plans!"

She goes to the bathroom to freshen up. When she comes out she sees Siddharth pacing in the room anxiously waiting for her.

"Siddharth! I am so sorry I am late. Just give me 5 minutes." She walks towards the mirror.

"Baby, will you wear this?" he points to what she was wearing.

"Why are you saying like that? Isn't this looking nice?" Roshni looks at herself in the mirror and frowns.

"No.. No, it is looking nice but I brought something for you and I want you to wear that." He gives her a present.

Roshni gives a broad smile and excitedly opens the gift. It was a beautiful blue gown.

"OMG! This is SO pretty!! Aww I love you Siddharth." She hugs him. He hugs her back and tells her to get ready fast. She wears the dress, it had a zip on the back and she was trying hard to get it up. Siddharth was wearing his watch when he noticed it. He comes up from behind and slowly removes her hair from the back and places it in the front. Roshni gets conscious and looks at him through the mirror. He then pulls the zip up slowly while looking at her. They both share an eyelock.

"Baby, you can look into my eyes some other time too. It will not change. If we stay like this the whole day then the surprise which I have planned next will get ruined!!" Siddharth says playfully.

Roshni replies, "Another surprise?!"

Siddharth covers her eyes with handkerchief and takes her hand. Roshni hesitantly gives her hand and walks behind him. Soft music started playing in the background.

"Where are you taking me? What about the movie?"

"Just give me one second. Ok."

He removes the handkerchief and whispers in her ears, "Open your eyes slowly."

She opens her eyes and sees that the entire pool side of the pent house was decorated with tiny lights and orchids. The pool was also filled with orchid petals. There was a chocolate cake on top of the side table and it said, "Happy one month anniversary "

Roshni stood speechless. With so much of pressure from DD's side and the tension, she had completely forgotten that it had been a month since they got married. She was very happy that Siddharth remembered it and had made the day very special but alongside she felt guilty that she forgot.

"Siddharth this is.. " she began.

"Shh.. I know that you don't remember and you want to say that you are sorry. But please let us not waste time on all this and I didn't do this to hear you apologize. Let us celebrate this moment. Warna kya pata kab meri sasumom tapak pare aur saare celebration ka the end hojaye." He replied smiling.

Roshni smiled. "Wow Siddharth, how did you know orchids are my favourite flowers?"

"Arre bhai pati hu tumhara! Tumhare baare mein pata nahi hoga toh kya kisi aur ki biwi ke baare mein hoga?" he said.

"But tumne yeh sab kab aur kaise kiya? Where are others? Aren't they at home? Agar DD ko pata chala toh.."

"Ohho, kisiko pata nahi chalega! Nani ma has taken everybody out to some mandir. No one is at home. I have sent all the servants also. Yeh do ghante sirf hamare hai and we are alone and baby let's not talk and waste it.. let's.." he said mischievously putting his hand around her waist and bringing her closer.

"Let's ?" Roshni smirked.

"Let's.. cut the cake yaar! It is looking so delicious!" he laughed. He pulls Roshni towards the table. They cut the cake and feed each other some. Roshni impishly puts some cream on his cheeks.

"Roshni! What are you doing?!" he yelled and tries to do the same to her.

She runs from there. He runs behind her. She tells him to not come near her and steps backwards as he moved forward. She was unknown to the fact that she would fall in the pool if she took another step backward. Siddharth notices it and deliberately moves forward. He roared with laughter as she fell down in the pool.

"SIDDHARTH!! I HATE YOU!!" she yelled.

"But I toh love you baby!!" he replied and gives her his hand to help her come up.

Instead of coming up, she pulled him in the pool. Now it was her turn to laugh. Siddharth settles his hair and pulls Roshni towards himself. He removes her wet locks from her face and bends closer towards her ears. He says,

"I did so much for you, now it is your turn to give me something."

Roshni understood him instantly; she put her hands around his neck, brings him closer to her and shouts in his ears,

"Siddharth mujhe thand lag rahi hai!!" She starts to get out of the pool once again, but he again pulls her.

"Not this fast, first I want my gift!" He removes the petals from her face and hair one by one.

Roshni too does the same, but not with her hands but from her lips. They were about to kiss, when as usual the Hitler returns.

"Aa gayi band bajane" Siddharth says softly. ]

Roshni starts smiling and laughing remembering how Siddharth tackled DD after that. She could never forget DD's shocked face to see what was happening at her home behind her back.

Yash looks at her surprisingly and asks, "What happened? Did you remember something?"

"No Yash.. Nothing!" she replied embarrassingly. Yash began to say something but she was not listening.

"Siddharth where are you? You were supposed to meet me today! You are not even picking up my phone! I hope everything is alright." She thought.

Construction Site:

"Sid, the biggest problem that you have is that you never let me be. You are always interfering in my work and plans. See all these interference has brought you where! I wouldn't have troubled you ever! First I thought, ek middle class aadmi mera kya bigaar lega toh maine rehene dia.. but jab paani sir ke upar se chala gaya toh maine pata kiya tumhare baare mein and imagine my surprise when I got to know that you are not Kukreja but Khurana! The Khurana's!! And with such a big secret! Your secret was the key for my happiness - MONEY!"

Siddharth keeps looking on to him angrily.

Okay since you guys liked the FB so I included one more in the story. Didn't know it would turn up to be so long, So couldn't progress the story much at present and had to cut down RV-SID Confrontation 😆 I hope you guys will like it. Please comment on what you want next. More FB's or More of confrontation! 😊
