Update:
Vrinda says that she won't bear this insult any longer. Aradhana asks Simran and Sagar to go inside. Vrinda stops them and says that they should know what goes on in a joint family. Dadu stops her and says that they are kids and Aradhana sends them inside. Vrinda exclaims that this is her value in the family, no-one listens to her and Aradhana has even brought kids to her side.
Nirmila replies that she should be grateful as Aradhana as brought up her children with such love and patience but Vrinda says that it's always about Aradhana. She accuses the family of having kept her weak on purpose so that she has no control in the household and Bharat is no more than a servant.
Bharat says that it's enough and gets up to take Vrinda away but she snaps that she doesn't want to go to her room and asks why her and Bharat's assent was not taken when Akshay asked for money. Annoyed, Akshay leaves the dining table despite Aradhana's protests and Vrinda sarcastically says that Akshay is allowed to be angry but if she says something then she is making an issue out of nothing.
Shaelin speaks up and asks Vrinda what is wrong with giving Akshay money. He adds that if Bharat had asked for some money for a project then he would have been given it without hesitation and in fact has been given it in the past. Vrinda says that she knew Shaelin would bring up his 'meharbaniyan' to them. Why does the family have to beg in front of him despite Bharat and Dadu.
Nirmila sternly says that everyone is equal in this family, Vrinda replies that she knows what belongs to who and who wants what. Shaelin is angry and asks Bharat to make Vrinda understand.
Bharat takes her inside and tries to calm her down. He asks her not to upset herself and others. She says that she will talk and accuses the family saying that they want to keep her on the wheelchair, which is why they've never taken to her a good doctor.
Bharat gets angry and tells her not to blame the family for her condition. Vrinda sarcastically says that he can talk and ask why he doesn't open his mouth in front of the family. He calms down and tells her that the family have taken her to the best doctors; Aradhana has brought up their kids and despite everything that she [Vrinda] has done, the family talks to her nicely and looks after her.
Vrinda says that she hasn't done anything yet. If she could walk then she would have left him and his family years ago.
Later…
Shailen is upstairs when he gets continuous calls from Nikita. He cuts them every time as Aradhana brings him coffee. He says that it would have been better if she had got him some whiskey. She asks him not to say that and gives him the coffee. Shailen lies down and Aradhana asks him not to take so much tension as such things happen in a family. She adds that she doesn't mind if Vrinda takes out her frustration on her; she can understand the position Vrinda is in and they should understand and support her.
She smiles and asks Shaelin not to take tension over this and asks if Nikita has solved the problem with her husband. She shakes him but realises that Shaelin has fallen asleep. Aradhana covers him with the comforter.
Morning…
Aradhana is making tea when Bharat comes in with the milk she thanks him and he sits down to cut vegetables. Aradhana says that she will do it but he replies that after yesterday he will make parantha's himself for Vrinda. Aradhana smiles and says that Vrinda is really lucky to have him.
Simran comes down and Bharat is surprised to see her up so earlier. Simran replies that she couldn't sleep last night and apologises to Aradhana on Vrinda's behalf. Aradhana tells Simran that she shouldn't interfere with adults. Simran smiles and says that she's not a child anymore. Aradhana tells her to practise her dance and she leaves.
Bharat thanks Aradhana.
Restaurant…
Sanjana is surprised to see Akshay there before her. He replies that he is under a lot of stress [Sorry guys, scene got cut of. Anyone know what happened?]
House…
Dadu tells Nirmila that what happened yesterday was not good and says that before the children drift apart he was thinking that they should all separate. Nirmila is furious and says that she has kept her family together with such difficulty and will not allow her kids to separate so easily; adding that he may have created barriers in their relationship but she won't allow the same for her family.
Dadu gets frustrated and asks how many more time will he have to apologise and hear her comments. She retorts that she is the one who has died every day because of his mistake and wonders if the wounds he has given her will ever heal. Dadu asks what he can do to prove to her that his ashamed of his mistake so that she can forgive him. Nirmila asks him that if she had made the mistake as her; would he have forgiven her and allowed her another chance.
Office…
Shaelin is in the office with Mr. Rastogi when Nikita walks in and provocatively tells him that there are some cheques he has to sign. Rastogi looks embarrassed for both of them and Shaelin says that they will discuss this later. Rastogi leaves and Shaelin and Nikita have their moment.
House…
Simran is on her Ipod as she shows Sagar and Aradhana her dance. Aradhana stops her and says that she missed a beat. Sagar and Simran are surprised that Aradhana picked up on it without listening to the music. She sends them out so that she can ring Shaelin.
Shaelin picks up whilst he's still with Nikita and tells Aradhana that he will ring after he's finished with work. Meanwhile, Akshay comes in and enters Shaelin's office without knocking. He finds Shaelin and Nikita sitting separately but looking nervous.
Preview:
Vrinda tells Bharat that all the new saris Aradhana wears are because Shaelin controls the family business. Aradhana overhears this.
Nikita rings Shalein, Aradhana picks up but before she can say anything; Nikita yells, warning Shaelin never to cut her calls midway again.
Accks; Vrinda! I understand her insecurities but it's sad to see her accusing Aradhana like this. Double urgh for Shaelin.
As for Dadu, I wonder if he had an affair a few years ago?😕
