Aagam is waiting at roadside for Suhani when Nivedita walks in. Both ask each other with little surprise what they're doing there. Aagam replies he and Suhani will go to buy birthday gift for Ragini. Nivedita traps him making a story that she has to meet her friend coming from abroad as well as collect her blood reports of health checkup. Seeing her dilemma Aagam offers to collect reports. She thanks him ; as he leaves Nivedita smirks. In Karan's restaurant, he, RK and Neil watch the arrangement of the party. Karan doubts Ragini will like the grandeur of party. Then Neil tells them she spent her life thinking only about others, now he'll do everything to give her happiness. Suhani and Nivedita come out buying gift aod the former thanks the latter to choose a beautiful gift for Ragini. Nivedita tells that she likes that Suhani loves Ragini so much even though she's not her mother. She praises Suhani for her innocence, lovable and understanding nature. Nivedita comments that the latter is just like Rupali and wishes that she (Suhani) could meet her. When she mentions about Rupali's house Suhani expresses her curiosity to know more about her real mom and wants to visit that house. At their respective residences Neil and Ragini are choosing dresses for party. While Neil is irritated as Aagam is showing him old-fashioned suits, Ragini is kinda reluctant about wearing fashionable Saree. Finally they choose what to wear in the party. Aarav meets a mafia looking man 'Bababhai' who gave him money for business. Aarav promised him to return his money on that day but he failed. He explains to Bababhai in a fearful tone that his clients have cheated him and haven't paid the money. One check that he has received is due of two monthes. Aarav swears to return the money as soon as he manages to gather. Bababhai's henchman snubs him for being unable to keep words. Meanwhile Aagam is dialling Aarav's number who cuts the call two times. After Bababhai permits him, he picks up the call. Aagam asks when he's coming to party Aarav replies very soon and cuts the call abruptly. Coming to know that its his mom's birthday Bababhai lets him go and advises not to be late in any job. He tells Aarav that his mom'll feel bad if he doesn't wish her on time. He threatens him to return 30 lacs the next day or the latter will pay dearly. Aarav leaves frightened. In Karan's house Ranvir is getting ready and Aagam comes complaining that the former has left his gun unprotected. Ranvir takes his gun and when tries to point Shilpa walks in. She's shocked to see it. Neil is about to leave, he gets a call from Nivedita who asks him to arrive at Rupali's house immediately as Suhani's there. When he arrives she says sorry that she has to call him there when he's supposed to be with Ragini. Nivedita further tells that Suhani is weeping holding Rupali's photo bitterly and not listening to her. Neil comforts Suhani and she hugs him. Nivedita seeing the father-daughter busy grabs the opportunity and switches off his phone. At restaurant, RK and Karan are trying to reach Neil on phone but fail. They get tense where Neil is as Ragini will arrive soon. After seeing Suhani relaxed a bit Nivedita advises Neil not to tell Ragini that the two have come there as its her special day and her mood will get spoiled. Suhani and he agree. Ragini arrives at the restaurant and is pleasantly surprised when she sees the lights suddenly turn on in the dark and the balloons burst. Her mom also comes with her. Dimpy hugs her and all wishes her happy birthday even Pam and Ranvir. She is asked to cut the cake but she denies to do till Neil arrives. He walks in with Suhani just then. All sighes with relief. Ragini asks Neil where he was. Precap : the celebration is going on while Suhani's biological father walks in. Everyone is shocked but Nivedita seems happy.
