why dadaji did not mention pam's name?

is pam neil's sister at all? dadaji mentioned only ragi, that anything happens to him there is no one to look after neil. why is that? and why pam hates ragi so much?😕 rupali was not a good woman otherwise why she asked neil to hide her pragnancy. she knew neil was married and it could give problem neil's marriage. and what neil did was not right. he gave rupali his first priority, not his marriage. so i don't blame ragi. she did the right thing.
