Why do you think Ragini chose to separate the kids. I understand at that time she might have felt that she has move away from Neil, but separating the children from their father and herself is a huge decision. I think they is more to the story. Please write your opinions

She is as egoistic as Neil and both are hot tempered and possessive. She must have done this deal business so that she doesn't loose custody of all to Neil.

Yeah, i agree with you. Remember in the episode where NeiRa meet. Neil takes her to stay away from his kids cos otherwise he'll claim his right on Nishi and Aarav and she wouldn't be able to "afford" it - don't know whether he meant it would cost her a lot or he was talking about the pain he could inflict her. But nonetheless, I think Ragini was left with either the division of the children and both getting two each or having none because she was financially unstable whereas Neil was not and usually the children's custody goes to the parent who can afford to fulfill the children's need.

Because of that she controls her emotions and stays away from Aagam

I think both were forced to take the decision! I think Pam had something to do with this!

Financial state must have been a strong factor behind this decision. But the chief reason has to be bigger.

I don't know. In the flashback, Pam was pissed that Ragini was separating the kids. Pam didn't strike me as being happy with that. She probably wanted all the kids to go with Neil while Ragini-Neil made a deal to have two kids.
