More EGO less LOVE???

After watching the show till now onething I have understood is that both ragini and Neil don't want their respective children to meet each other as they have promised each other that their children will not remember their mom or dad.ragini is scared that she will lose infront of Neil nd same goes with Neil.but how can they be soo insensitive .I mean a child can never forget his or her parent.they need the love of both parents .somethings are done and thought oly by a mom and same way some duties can be oly fulfilled by a father .but in their egos they have separated and kept their children away from each other for soo many years.it looks like nishi and aarav don't know about their other siblings.they would have atleast shown the children in contact with their parents or atleast siblings.
Ragini's "Maine tum dono ko akele pala hain "in every episode and Neil's "aajse merr bache tume yaad nahi karenge aur na tumare bacche mujhe "are the most irritating dialogues .how can they divide their children as if they are some property and not living beings.
