Neil enters the bar where Karan is present and seeing his flirty nature, he tells him that his wife will beat him. Karan sees a woman and desires to seek her attention. He lies to her that he sees the image of his late wife in her shows his wife's photo to her when she spots Kishwer standing just behind. Karan's lie gets exposed and he receives slap from both the women. Later, Neil, Pam, Kishwer and Karan are at the dining table. On being asked whether Ragini calls him or not, Neil replies that no connection exists between them. Kishwer inquires about his other kids. Neil tells her that man doesn't get everything in his life, neither he nor Ragini contacted each other post their bitter separation. He just hopes that the kids are happy.
Neil and Pam arrive in the hospital where Aman welcomes them. Devika misunderstands Pam to be Neil's wife but her misunderstanding gets cleared soon after Neil introduces his sister. Neil moves with Aman and Devika accompanies Pam. Neil is amazed to know that Aman hasn't yet performed his debut surgery. The latter tells him that he's afraid of blood and on being questioned what he does in this hospital, he replies that he manages other things such as the food menu. Devika shows the hospital to Pam and they arrive in the conference room where the latter spots Ragini's face in a photo of the hospital staff. Devika informs her that Ragini is the administrator and she will be here in two hours. Pam's face gets pale with shock and she demands water. Scene shifts to New York where Ranveer scolds a servant after observing a thin deposit of dust on the table. He tells him that he doesn't appreciate such things. The servant seeks his apology and cleans the dust. Aagam and Suhaani enjoy the scene. Ranveer's phone rings and he moves away to talk. Suhaani guesses that it's his girlfriend to which Aagam utters that no one can be Ranveer's girlfriend. The caller is Pam who reports the current matter to Ranveer. Ranveer strictly warns Pam that Dad shouldn't meet that woman. Saying so he hangs up and notices a photo frame in an awry position. In Mumbai, Ragini notices the same and tells Sunny Tai to set such things straight. She gets ready to go to hospital and explains that it's important to go there but she'll be back soon. She further reveals that Dr. Neil took Nishi to hospital, operated and even paid the bills. Nishi is amused to hear it and realizes that the man was her Dad. She rejects how she couldn't even see his face and desires to meet him.
Aman thanks Neil outside the hospital and the latter asks him to inform him of his debut surgery. Neil leaves and Ragini arrives to know that he has left for the airport. Her Mom is informed that she couldn't meet Neil and the man is leaving today. Nishi gets ready to meet her Dad and leaves with Jignesh. At the airport, Kishwer asks Neil why he's leaving a day before and the latter replies that Pam urged to leave. Neil and Pam go inside and Nishi calls her Dad. She requests him to come outside for two minutes and he agrees. Neil approaches an emotional Nishi who reveals that she's his daughter. Neil stands stunned with the bitter separation memories revolving in his mind.
