i just started watching. does it come on friday's or saturdays? Or is it only Monday-Thursday?

I am watching IKNMP episode by episode, slowly... I saw N's degrees and it said Nayl... then when Aman calls him over, he says Dr Nayl se milwaata hoon... Pam calls him Neil (well now everyone does).. what is his name?
