Oh yes, I forgot to mention about Payal's part here. The person she is requesting to understand might be akash. It cannot be kunal so soon. I guess that part will come in chapter 46. At this stage payal is broken and emotionally very fragile. After Garima will have confronted him strongly, payal will come out of her room and tell akash that she doesn't want to go with him as she wants to live and her being at Raizada mansion with him will not ensure that. She will break down but akash will be rigid and not understand her. And that's when garima and khushi will intervene again and lash out at him. I think from this moment onwards payal too will have another bout of realization seeing her husband's total lack of care n understanding towards her and from then, she will turn out very strong.

I was guessing it to be payal imploring akash at the Jain's house (in a moment when payal is still emotionally unstable, and it happens before she will come out of her grief and show complete hatred towards him). But after going through the teaser and the last chapter and remembering chap. 44, I'm bound to think it may not be akash. Payal requested that person with trustworthy eyes, and akash is the one person she has lost complete trust for. So, I'm wrong here.
