In all ,he is clear that they love each other and that's what would bind them and keep going...but is that enough..?...they are just married and not much acquainted before the marriage..so do they trust each other to handle any hurdles that come across...

And what are his thoughts on that part which talks about garima's past?

So here is what i think..

Arnav has probably slipped into his shell back and he will hide his feelings from Khushi but Khushi being Khushi will see through his facade. 😊
