that picture totaly describes how sexy he is and why girls wanted to sleep with him so much and why he became a playboy.He is so handsome and hot that anybody could fall for his charms. I hope khushi jokingly asks him apart from her whom did he enjoy the most before she came in his life.

I think Khushi initially also admired his handsomeness but somehow controlled her emotions because he knew he was with lavanya.

meanwhile the new twist is gonna be really tension giving to readers.

whatever be i want you to write same story again , next season again with a different twist, what if arnav after ditching khushi would marry lavanya and no pregnancy of khushi..How would he realise that after marrying he made a wrong decision
