breath-takingly thrilling it was...i had to go back and read the first few para again, as first i thought it was Khushi who was injured. When i read that the soul left its body, i was shocked... later thankfully realized that it was Ryan.
But why did Arnav had to hide it, isnt murder in self-defense a pardonable crime ?
And where did Khushi go ? After reading about Sahej, i dont believe anything in this story... first i was wondering if Ryan is at-least real or another figment from Khushi's mind...now i wonder if Khushi is real or a figment of Arnav's mind 😆
A very valid point raised.
But if you see the dimension of both Arnav and Khushi's thought processes, you will see that they never take the conventional routes.
If one takes the easier choice of letting others suppress her, the other one tries taking everything in his own hands.
Arnav's mindset here works in different ways. He was hell bent on this thought that he wanted to punish Ryan by himself, and in a way takes it as a welcome option that the filthy soul would not even get any recognition after death, no funeral, no condolences, nothing. He dumps his body in the ocean in his own act of avenging, which is somewhat even related to his unfinished business with punishing his own murderer father.
Regarding his stance towards Khushi, he believes himself to be highly accountable for her and hence doesn't want any further probe to happen wherein she has to answer any questions from others.
Of course when he decided to dump the body in the ocean under the silent night sky when there was no one else present, he definitely knew how he was to tackle everything else that would follow, which includes answering the questions of others on how and why Ryan went missing..
But before he could even contemplate anything else, he got shocked seeing Khushi missing.
So the next chapter is what you need to wait for. :)
