To be Honest enough I had never expected Khushi to pick this Item number to dance before her Laad Governor. There were so many other seducing songs but I must say she was trying to be on a safer side not to make him break all barriers when the marriage was just the next day. Starting from he demanding a punishment from her for coming here to the Farm House on the Bachelor's party night and spying on him , till their fall on the bed together , everything was mind blowing.
I never paid much attention to their room which had so many things to explore in itself. The decors of the room all reddish black (both ASR's favourite colours ) lighted with candles everywhere, transparent curtains, satin sheet on the bed and that tape recorder at the side table which Khushi used for her dance performance, everything just perfect for at nerve tickling Item number from an Innocent yet naughty wife Khushi Kumari Gupta SIngh Raizada for her Laad Governor.
She came out in a Black Saree (which I am still confused who bought it here.) Arnav was well prepared knowing she will come to see what was happening and then he can punish her by making her wear that and take her to that seperate room where he planned that Artificial Sky watch. When it comes to Planning, Arnav SIngh Raizada is the best. He did that many a times guys. Remember the Missed Suhaagraat. What a way he decorated his bedroom with flower petals on bed and candles in the room everywhere until she got changed into that Pinkish red Lehnga in the bathroom? That showed he was always well prepared for such nights. But the question is who gave him such romantic ideas? Was it Aman? Or did Arnav google it? Humme bhi Link bata do ASR, we can try too.. :P
So now he was waiting for Khushi to come out and do something for him. I loved his position on the bed.
But the point is, why was he avoiding that dance? He was impressed. He was liking it too. But he never tried to concentrate her fully like he always did . He was just skipping watching her. Was it because he was afraid of losing his control and taking her then and there? I think so. Look at this picture which clearly reveals his control was breaking seeing her touching him, tickling him, and dancing so closer.
Khushi must ask you baby.. Where did you hide this seducing technique before? Aisa pehle karti toh ab tak godh bhar jaati. You would have carried ASR's kids by now . Chalo anyways. Better late than never. She used all her energy in that item number and he used all his will power to just enjoy it in controlled limits.
For me the best step in this song was when she sat on his lap and danced.
I had some higher expectations too from this song wherein I wished to see him moving his finger on her bare waist or may be instead of the fall at the end, he could have picked her in arms getting totally seduced by this dance and carried her to the bed. Hayeee. Kaash yeh bhi add kar lete. But Never mind. I am happy with what we received. It was highly catchy number wherein we got to see Khushi dancing heartily for her husband and for the first time we saw Arnav a bit Shy..!!
