Horizon ... Thanks for your comments ... You are right ... Anjali is so focused on the rasa pins and rituals ... That she fails to see real life sometimes ... Naniji too at one time chides her regarding a ghee versus tel ka diya ... I do understand that la is a guest and maybe a future Bhabi ... So can't pretty much read her the riot act ... That is why her support of Khushi would have want much more ... Anyway .. I also do believe that she truly loves Khushi and wants the best for her ... Just not today ... Like you said too pre occupied .. Lovely to have you back ...😛

Ipoona, great monologue for Anjali. 👏

She only dealt with the surface there forgetting the core, Khushi's humiliation. But since it was a big Pooja day, perhaps she was genuinely immersed in that and just wanted to solve the matter as quickly as possible to get back to what she always considers to be utmost important! And the way naniji gave it back to La indeed settled the scores.
Khushi indeed swallowed many humiliations what she thought was for her family as she told Shyam the previous day that she would do that.
Great take.

ARSHI: indeed a festive atmosphere all around starting the build up of tenderness under one roof in their relationship. Loved how you brought up naniji's ever present affection for Khushi. you are so right about she seeing her own daughter in Khushi and of course the way Ratna Malik committed suicide leaving her kids as orphans is just not done.

But I have to say this, although naniji's s care for Khushi amidst all the adversaries the poor girl faced was heart warming, I felt some times naniji's was not right in putting down her own family, mostly ASR or her DIL Manorama some times in front of a relative stranger Khushi. Wouldn't composed elders like her need to be respectful to her family esp the bread winner of the house infront of a stranger? I didn't like the way she invites Khushi to sit in ASr's place at the dining table when Khushi comes to RM to give back files that morning, or even when Anjali goes missing and many other instances. Khushi is a pure soul, has the humility and respect for every one inspite of anything and every thing but a Wrong person would have perhaps taken every one for a ride if heads of family are chided at openly. Just my thoughts..

Loved you pointed about her years always touching him, how they shared a moment. Great caps all around..👏

ArshiHamesha...I dont have Life OK International...I cant watch the episodes...but once again I felt like I am watching the whole episode...lovely...

Nishu .. Thanks a ton ... Me too ... I couldn't understand why she thinks sub kuch theek ho gaya ... But what I though was a worse crime ... Was her comment ... Tum nay Khushiji Kay saath nahin ... Humaray saat galat kiya hai ... I know a round about way of saying ... You did wrong by me ... Coz Khusbi is here at my behest ... But ... Why say it even ... After all Khushi is the one who got thrown out ...
Thanks agin for always taking the time ...

That was so stupid which CVs shows us to believe...a woman who is teaching such high caliber to deal with things in their life can commit that...no way

Horizon I am raised among people like Naniji. My late aunt was like that.I see this a at a very different angle.Naniji is a very broad minded lady. She has accepted for the sake of her son that Mamiji who was a servant in RM.She is forgiven too much for her Stupidity and when she crosses line Naniji is the one who knows hw to pull the strings and she doesn't care to do any where and in front of any one...Hum sach kehnai se nahin darat hai...That is her motto..

Khushi is very close to her heart..more than we can imagine.SHe was with her when Khushi's family wasn't .and that is the power of her love for this soul. Not for Arnav's sake or Anjali's ...this is her love for Khushi which she couldn't hide and some how can't hide.

IPK and its liberalism is the one category I love the most.No unch neech...Rahim chacha can go in and out of Mandir and do whatever without any teasing and humiliation.Naniji is shown the elder the way you are describing yet I always rebel those who abide by the same old traditional ways especially women older in my family...I don't say as I respect everyone's opinion yet I do what I like to do and what is correct in my eyes.I can't be follower and Naniji is not following that group. My POV though..

Awww...Woh bhi kya din thay jab hum yeh Raba Ve daikh daikh na thakte thay...They are adorable here...Thnx for liking the edits.

ARSHI, meri jaan, thanks for the detailed response. You might know by now that I simply love naniji for the progressive libertarian she is. We had many discussions about her objectivity, broad mindedness and a loving heart that became especially evident after dadi's entry. Amidst all the imposprtant people with some major flaws, like ASR, KHushi and Anjali, naniji is the least flawed to even none. While we shed light on the pros and cons of all these, this is just one little con for me for naniji. Yes her love for Khushi is unmistakable and very genuine. Yet, I would have liked her to follow some restraint when she openly chides. Just my pov.

Yes, love how IPk always nurtured some truly progressive thoughts including Rahim chacha, male protagonist taking on his matriarchal last name in a patriarchal society, live in, a consummation before an official wedding etc.

Always lovely to talk to you.

Poona🤗
Thnx for reading and commenting.

ArshiH ... I really did not see that today ... Hence my whole post ... I agree one hundred percent that Anjali really cares for Khushi ... A couple of episodes down thine she will also say ...hum Khushiji Kay saat theek Nahin kar rahay ... But since yesterday ... Her comments reveal an inherent blinkers ... See only what you want to. ... Baki sab will be fine ... A strange myopic world view ...

Over here what I saw is Anjali is afraid of two things...One Arnav's ultimatum that he will leave the house with La...Second Naniji and her tiff over La and Chotey's attitude...Epi 7 her warning for Chotey is going useless...He is not paying attention and seeing in the wrong direstion but see todat he was seeing and analyzing in the right direction...

OK so Anjali is always trying and saving big arguments ..always working keeping everyone together and she is doing that over here...but I know and 100 % agrees with you that she did wrong woth Khushi and Buaji too But she remained mum because of her nature.
