thanks so much for all these off screen bits. i was just watching this and it struck me that teri meri is really at another level altogether. the two of them created an aura an emotion and a sexual tension so beautiful, halts your breadth. these are practice runs and many takes, how fluid and gorgeous both. the shot where he lets sanaya dip really low, almost horizontal on the floor supporting her with just one hand below her head, every time it gets me. people say barun can't dance, i see no evidence of it. maybe he hasn't yet decided it's cool to dance or doesn't agree with its placement in the story, but here he clearly did and gave it all he had... sanaya of course is a lovely lissome dancer with a sense of each emotion she portrays. together they are jalwa (suddenly the word popped from a movie by that name), i would love to see them do a real tango. swallowing hard at the very thought of it. loved his hair here, detail is everything. sanaya's hair perfect too, couldn't make out almost it's a switch.

just this sequence on its own deserves a thesis.

raw shots from a shoot and i was having trouble thinking.

Indi, so true esp all that in red. yes Arshi teri meri deserves one special thesis. It is at another level altogether. He did give it all that he had here, thats why they were so tired when they finished shooting for this 2/3 min song I guess. that dipping posture, so perfect I will be awed every time... har baar. But it is choreographed/ thought out well with Barun being behind her most of the time and she covers him altho it didn't appear deliberate at all and as you said it was all fluid in motion.

His hair style here.. I can rave about it for ever..that sleek black dress everything added to that sensuality truly tango style. Was watching that off screen segment supriya posted, where Sanaya said she needs Barun to close his eyes while she does the emotional/ romantic bits. where as he can do it even while she keeps giggling standing right infront of him and they both agree he is a good actor.. :) ofcourse that is all evident but he seems uncomfy on live stage, such a contrary to some one who gets into the skin of the character at the call of "action". interesting is all i could say!

Indi and Horizon, absolutely agree with your every words. Arshi's teri meri is something lethal, ecstatic, aesthetic, sensuous, hot, seductive, passionate, simply out of the world. Never saw such chemistry before in my life.
it was awesome how Barun delicately handled Sanaya's lissome body in his hand. she was molding herself how he wanted to do with her. What you said Indi that both are too gorgeous and compliments each other so perfectly. Their costumes, hairstyle, everything was so perfect!. How Khushi's silky strands were cascading down, covering his face, was giving me goose bumps every time. It was igniting how he was touching her bare skin.
Horizon, you are right the choreography was really good.
its really deserves a special special thesis on it.
Thanks Kate for sharing. I really loved the SBS part. Cause they showed more of the dance I guess.
i will never get enough of Sarun's teri meri.

heehee, hello hi, arshi, horizon...

where there's blast there's got to be creation... first our dear sweet mad barundiwani gave us the "drool corner" and now from isspkaur we have "the loop."

really we should patent these ideas. 😆 copyright, trademark registered, whatever.

arshi, the loop was born in a chat issk and i were having about certain heart stopping moments from the boy. innocuous everyday things that he does with such gadzooks heavenly ishtyle that we pass out. for example, coming down those rm stirs. i think that down isstairs walk was the first thing put on a loop by issk. there are plenty others... i look with a keen eye for such loop moments. there was a memorable reversing of car just a few episodes back.

sohara, yes, it was all of that in pink...

i am a 53 year old woman who's been married almost 28 years, no stranger to things physical for many many years... when his hand slid possessively across her waist... her stomach, her belly button, my stomach literally somersaulted, my ears buzzed, i thought i'd just vaoprize sitting there on my bed then and very much there.

this feeling hits me with equal intensity almost every time i watch even now.

their chemistry was khatarnak indeed, and my life's feeling good knowing such a powerful thing exists.

well, there was bobby. but, horizon, you are so right, a hot romance... between two opposites, nah, can't think of any... though there have been love stories. sharmilee, that had bits of m&b, didn't it? oh was i busy swooning over shashi kapoor there. hot he was, his eyes always said he knew more than he was letting on, and he seemed to call you to a place a bit away from this reality. ok, i am mad.

but i have seen no one do romance the way our boy does... here, there, east west north south anywhere. something in it that you almost want to catch hold of and keep with you.
he gets this thing between a man and a woman and in an indian contemporary sort of way without losing the universal thing about this feeling. i am not clear but you perhaps understand what i am trying to say. and it never ever looks as though he is acting.

@Indi @Horizon😊

Love what you said up there.Since Thu I am watching it over and over and still not over since the day Supi put that off screen segment where they are pulling leg of each other which Horizon is mentioning.I was trying to get the gist of it as Thesis paper is coming up...170...There is so much going on in those couple of minutes dance that was pretty much not being noticed at first time.

In Red They both put their heart and soul in it and yes How come he said he can't dance ,may be he doesn't like it yet he can move ...He did splendid job later during Dilli mein Bali...on title song too.He takes Sanaya in his hands like she is weightless...yes fluidity of the moves is so natural and that's what makes me always think how come Fim industry or any director or any one can't see that or they don't want to that these two have a killing chemistry to make millions for them.OR may be they just are busy with their own sons and daughters without skills to promote by extra camera tricks ,showing vulgarity and Blah Blah which as a family no one can see at least not me.

In blue underlined He is an awesome actor and can perform indoor without public yet stage is not his thing I guess and it's normal..he needs time as so many Hollywood actors never appears on stage and do have same issues but with time he will settle down...he is family guy with simplicity yet very dedicative and hard working so for a normal regular guy it takes time to get acquaitance with all of this BUT he needs to practice...NO doubt

🤗 Indi

Now I got the gist of it .Thanks for making it short ...indeed those stairs are something.everytime he comes down or take a flight up , you feel something different and when he gives his side look and return look to Khushi while climbing up that is an aweee moment for me.love him regardless I am not in love as compared to Ami,wiwy ,Sohara and others😉 ...but seriously love the design and the fluidity of these with the decor of the rest of the main hall...

The way his hands change the gear of the car...with one hand he steers it...and our eternal heavan ,pool side which is so full of it...

O thanks Issk about giving us this loop so why don't you make a post every time with epi with loop of the epi.just a thought as Ami does DC.Miss her a lot these days.

You are so right we have so much going on in this thread among us as a bunch we are ...indeed we need a trademark..or something as we are Hat Ke...

😊
Thnx Horizon for the link...Issk cracked me up there...Indeed "Don't walk away and Partugiya ...are some loops...and tea can wait while Jang and Badla .no way
