This is what we call the baap of all news.

Yes, TV's biggest star and heartthrob Barun Sobti, renowned for his superb stint as Arnav in Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, is all set to get back on the small screen space.

Yes, our sources have given us confirmed information that Barun has been approached by Colors to host the upcoming season of Jhalak.

And guess what? The actor has answered in affirmative.

"Barun was more than happy with the offer as he wanted to do something else on TV other than acting. And what better than anchoring?" the source went on to add.

The channel is also planning to churn out interesting sequences involving Sanaya Irani and Barun.

"Sanaya is also a part of the show. Hence they want to cash in on the popular chemistry of Sanaya and Barun from Iss Pyaar Ko days," the source added.

We tried getting in touch with the star but he remained unavailable.

We are sure that fans would love to see Barun and Sanaya on the same platform again!!!

But it doesn't sound that far-fetched to me!! Except the part about Sarun doing sequences together! Because why would the host and the contestant do a sequence together?!! Unless they want Barun to introduce Sanaya in the first episode or so!! :) Anyway, TC said that some of their news is true not all!! Why not this one?!! ;) I think JDJ6 will start sometime in the fall!! ;)
