Thank you for this post. Really appreciate your effort. Hope you are able to get our messages to BS & Daljeet. If not, it's ok. It felt really good writing this down.

Barun,
You left a huge impact with your portrayal of ASR. You made us (young and old) fall in love with an unconventional, unrealistic, flawed and complex character like ASR. Yes the writing was good, but ASR would not have been so popular if YOU hadn't played it and made us connect with him so well. You portrayed the intense emotions and vulnerability of ASR brilliantly, never going over the top, and added layers to the character with your nuanced acting.
Loved your recent interviews a lot. Arnav's breakdown after Shyam-Khushi hug is one of the best scenes of the show. But there are hundreds of other smaller scenes as well where you stole the scene with your fabulous expressions, perfect body language, intense eyes and incredible voice modulation. You act from the heart and make us feel the emotions.
You created one-of-a-kind chemistry with Khushi as well as great chemistry with Anjali, Nani, Buaji, NK, Shyam & Aarav. Your hilarious offscreen masti with Sanaya and Akshay was always a treat to watch! Love your fun-loving, simple, honest and humble nature. Please don't change the way you are. Respect you more for the way you handled the show closing fiasco with dignified silence and never pointed fingers at anyone. I understand that you needed a break (take care of your health) and am so happy that you are venturing into movies as you have a lot of talent and deserve a chance to try different avenues. Looking forward to your movies MAMR & 22 yards. Would also love to see you in anti-hero/grey roles as very few actors can portray negative emotions so well. Wishing you best of luck and hope you achieve more success and happiness in future. Proud to be your fan!
Daljeet,
Loved your portrayal of Anjali. You are so beautiful and your natural and grounded acting made her seem so real and added more charm to the show. Your chemistry with Barun made Arnav-Anjali the best brother sister jodi on screen...the bond was brought out beautifully. You were fabulous in light hearted scenes as well as some intense scenes like the mandir scene where Mami tells you about Shyam & Khushi, the clinic abortion scene, the hospital breakdown scene after miscarriage, and the Shyam revelation scenes. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to your future shows.
