Then today, his wife texted him about their date today. Right now, Arnav was waiting outside the Raizada mansion waiting for his wife to pick him up. Arnav thought incredulously with gritting his teeth.
Checking his watch for the millionth time, Arnav grew worried. She was a half hour late. She knew that he hates late people and also knew that he would be worried if she was late. He was overprotective when it came to her. He remembered the last time she was late...

Khushi was helping his Di in the preparations of a pooja. It was a Ganesh pooja conducted for the life and safety of Anjali's unborn baby.
Arnav was not at home. He was busy being ASR and making everyone pee in their pants with his voice and anger.
*At home*
Khushi was running around doing the preparations for the pooja while the other ladies rested and tried to cope with the Hurricane Khushi. She was in the kitchen for one second and in the garden the another second.
"Buaji kept the right name got Khushi...titliya," Naniji said fondly while staring at the mentioned butterfly.
"Haan Naani!!! If Khushiji wasn't here, we would be lost." Anjali said with a smile, "Oh No, I totally forgot that I had to send Shyaam to get some pooja materials. Punditji said that only the father of the baby can get it."
"Lekin Anjali betiya, Damadji will not know what samagri is what. Send Khushiji too." Naani suggested her.
After both of the ladies agreed to this idea, they send Khushi, who reluctantly agreed, with Shyam to get the materials. What they didn't know is that Khushi already had plans with Arnav. She was going to meet him at his office in 2 hours.
*Khushi/Shyaam Trip*
"Khushiji, Look at this. Even Rani Saibha wants us to be together!!," Shyaam pulls Khushi closer to him with Khushi struggling.
"Chodiye Humme. I will never go to a gatiya insaan like you. You digust me." Khushi said with hate and pain overpowering her every words. Her eyes were spitting malice.
A expression of hatred and lust empowered his face. His grip on her tightened. "You can stay with a abusive man like Arnav but not me." Shyaam's face was twitching with anger.
Khushi brought up her other hand and slapped him hard. The slapped echoed with time frozen around them. "Don't you dare say anything about MY Arnavji. He is the best person in the world. Abusive...that is how you describe him," A fake laugh escaped her, "I thought you had no brains but enough to survive, but now, I wonder how do you even survive. Arnavji is the BEST human being in this world. He is nice, sweet and the most caring man I ever met. If you say anything bad about him..."
Khushi's eyes and mouth were spitting fire but Shyaam intruptted her, "THE MOST CARING!!!" A sarcastic laughter left his mouth, "He FORCED you to marry him. He makes fun of you everyday. He HATES you. How do you explain the bruises on your body? He is caring right, then why do you have bruises on your body. Get this in your mind Khushiji, HE HATES YOU."
"BAS!!" Khushi shouted, "BAS Shyaamji!!!! Ab aur nahi. Arnavji doesn't hate me. He LOVES me. He loves me and Di equally. Di is his world but I am his life. And yes, in fact, I can explain these bruises to you. YEH UNKI PYAAR KI NISHANI HAI!!! These bruises are a part of him which I carry around everywhere PROUDLY." Khushi finished with a smirk and walked towards the car leaving a stunned Shyaam behind.
Khushi's words were still echoing Shyaam's ears and fueling his anger. His face was twitching dangerously.
"Khushiji, I will teach you a lesson for what you did."
A smirk lit up his face, making him look more like a creepwa snake.
*At Home (Shyaam and Khushi are home)*
Khushi was in her room getting ready for Arnav. She was running late. She was already 5 minutes late. Stupid Shyaamji Khushi thought Because of him, I am late. Ab Arnavji mujhe nahi chodege. But I don't even want him to leave me. A blush lit up Khushi's face making her look like Arnav's strawberry Khushi!!!
While Khushi was lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice Shyaam creeping into her room.
Shyaam locked the door with a evil smirk on his face. Ab kahan bach ke jaovogi
*At AR Designs*
"Where the hell is Khushi?" Arnav muttered to himself, "She was supposed to be here 5 minutes ago. I swear this ladki has no sense of time. I bet she is watching a Salmaan Khan movie while dancing on Dhinka Chika"
Arnav paced around his cabin with his hear thundering. He wasn't feeling good. There was a feeling in his heart that Khushi was in danger.
Arnav left his cabin and raced his car towards Raizada Mansion.
*At Home *
Khushi walked towards the door, still lost in HER Arnavji's deams.
"Kahan jaa rahi hai aap?" Shyaam's voice pulled her out of her dream. She, rapidly, turned around, scared.
"Shyaamji, aap? Leave from here." Khushi's meek voice asked with hate.
"Tut Tut Tut Khushiji!!! You should know what I am here for. I am here to collect what is mine."
"Leave Shyaamji!!! Or else I will shout!!! Phir Di aur..."
"Hahaha Khushiji, Ghar par koi nahi hai!! Sirf hum aur aap!!!"
Shyaam stalked towards Khushi and pulled her in his arms. Khushi was shouting and cursing at Shyaam; trying to get him to leave her.
"CHODIYE HUMME" Tears fell down Khushi's eyes like a waterfall. "ARNAVJIII"
Hearing Arnav's name, Shyaam grew furious.
*SLAP*
Khushi clutched her cheeks and look at Shyaam with her teary eyes. Her cheeks, red with bruises, were covered with her tears.
"HOW DARE YOU SAY ARNAV'S NAME? You are MINE and No one elses!!!" Shyaam's voice thundered in the Raizada Mainson. "You want burises right. I will give them to you. I will prove my love."
Saying this he ripped Khushi's sleeves.
"CHODYE HUMME!!! Arnavji aapko maar daalege!!!" Khushi said with sureness in her voice.
*SLAP*
"If you say Arnav's name again, I will slap you again." Shyaam lost all control on his mind. He pushed Khushi on the bed and fell on top of her. He started tearing her clothes away.
"ARNAVJIII" Khushi's scream sliced its way into Arnav's heart.
Arnav who just entered the voice, ran towards his room. The sight in from of his pained his heart. Then, a big burst of anger forced its way into Arnav!!!
"SHYAAM" Arnav's voice thundered.
Arnav pulled him off her and started beating him red and black. Shyaam's face was all bloody and way past the bruises stage.
Khushi ran behind Arnav and tried to stop him.
"HOW DARE YOU TOUCH MY KHUSHI!!! She is MINE!!! You will pay with your blood for every her every tear and injury. I WILL F*C*ING KILL YOU!!!" Arnav was possessed by a monster who protected his loved ones and killed his enemies.
Khushi hugged Arnav from behind and whispered soothing words. Her words finally worked and Arnav left him to just trap her in his arms.
"Khushi, tum theek ho!!!" Arnav's hoarse voice whispered, "I am sorry ke main..."
"Shhh Arnavji!!! Hum theek hai..."
They both hugged eachother like they were eachother's lifeline, which they truly were..

"Arnavji" Khushi shouted jolting Arnav from the flashback "Where were you lost? I have been staring at you for 5 years"
Khushi rolled her eyes at her scatterbrained Arnavji!!!
"KHUSHI, Where were you Dammit? Do you know how worried I was? Are you okay? Are you hurt? Why were you late? ANSWER ME DAMMIT!!!" Arnav's anger was beyond limits. Here he was worried out of his mind and she was rolling her eyes at him.
"Arnavji woh raste mein accident..."
"ACCIDENT," Arnav shouted, "Are you hurt? What are we doing here, lets go to the doctor!!! SURYA PRAKASH..."
"Bas Arnavji," Khushi put her palms on his lips with a blush on her face, "Humara accident nahi hua, woh raste mein accident hua tha so there was traffic on the road...isliye hum late hai!!! Sorry." Khushi pouted while holding her ears.
Arnav sighed in relief. Thank God nothing happened to Khushi...wait God!!! Arnav you don;t believe in God!!! Yeh Khushi mujhe pagal kar degi
"Are we going on our date Arnavji?"
Without waiting for his answer, she pulled him towards the car
