actually i dont understand from LM interview...he says barun was clear from day 1 he will do the show only for 1 yr...i dont understand...did the PH wanted the show to continue only till 1 year? and i cant believe an actor from start of the show decide to work only for 1 year...i mean he dint have a movie on hand at that time...

wht i could make out of all this is...the actors clearly saw that PH doesnt know how to carry the story forward...they would take one track and suddenly that track will get close and then another track will start...i think that was the reason most of them were leaving the show...track dint have consistency...the track they introduce were not liked by the fans...and as soon as one track starts another tracks starts...with many loopholes too...

otherwise y would barun leave ippknd show which so much popular..clearly the tracks were not consistent...lack of story carrying forward i think...

contract or no contract i am very much happy with barun's decision that he left the show which was so much busy in butchering all the characters.I am happy he stuck to his decision till end and did not get carried away with his popularity.

And one thing more I understood from LM's interview that may be Barun would have continued if the show would be doing well but with so poor tracks who will like to stay.He extended his leave twice but still the creatives failed to give justice to his character.To add Barun also stayed back for the show but ultimately what this show gave him nothing.HIs words "I wanted to leave in feb but i did not..I wanted everyone to make their money worth..everyone was making fortune and so was I...but there is a certain time till you can do it"

And that day was not far when people would have rejected IPK.

These CVs and PH could not give any creative satisfaction to their cast and crew.They were more bothered with what their viewers wanted and always changed their track at the last moment.May be channel had also interfere.

And I am happy that Barun,Akshay and Deepali stood up and left the show.Atleast for these actors what matters is their character and their job satisfaction.

Barun wanted to work only for a year. This was the contract made by him before the show started. He didn't know that 4Lions could ruin the story or kill the tracks.

So basically he wanted to work only for a year. And I don't know why Gul even signed up a guy who is gonna quit anyway. And Barun extended his contract because he thought he will get more money but then he got movie offers so he quitted.

If he was clear with his statements about quitting from the beginning other than his 'I don't knows and Longish breaks' then we would have had our IPK at 8 pm everyday.

It is difficult fr me to believe dis statement...barun ws nobdy den hw ws he sure dt he wud becme so popular n gt mvies or sme othr projects aftr 1 yr of d shw...also why wud any channel or ph tke such an actor who wud leave in d mid of d stry especially in case of love story whre leads ply n imp role...saying dis i dont support d conspiracy n blah blah theories...i still believe dt he left fr mvies bt unable to understand why dese statements now...😕

Exactly...dont knw y PH sign an actor who wants to work for a year only...this shud b a lesson for PH ...but I know that first all leads r signed for a year...and it extends as per show's rating..I m also sure if Barun didnt get BW offer...he shudnt hv any problem to extend his contract..he wants to move on ..no problem wid that..but he shud make a proper statement...now we dont hv our show..that is the end result of all these dramas...one thing I get it that never follow Barun's show...he works for a year only...

@Bold...Barun extended his contract becoz da show was doing well and da makers asked him to stay bak...ofcourse he got money fr doing his job but his salary did not increase...infact it was when he finally quit dat Star Plus proposed 1 lakh per episode which he denied...wid duo reapect...plss dont talk rubbish...even Barun would have been cleared abt his quitting from da beginning...IPK would have shut down...any 1 from Sarun disappears..audiences would have been as unhappy as ever...Any1 from Arshi disappears..da audiences would have gone berserk...In dis case,both actor and character was vanishing...deres no way da show would have survived...If not da viewers den da trp's would have ate it away..either way..da consequences are da same

Barun did not extend his contract becuase he was going to get more pay.🥱

the makers wanted him to stay back so he extended his contract. he was offered 1 lack salary from star plus but he refused. he quit. rajan singh confirmed this.

@Blue Do you have a proof? You believed few rubbish posts with no authentic source and now you are arguing with me.Seriously? So you must be one among them who believed that Barun was forced to quit and Gul dint allow him to enter the sets and all the nonsense. Nevermind!

@Red How do you know this? If thats the case then I must say IPK dint have a consistent 3 or 4 point TRPs. It has always been inconsistent! Without giving the new storyline a chance how do you know that the TRP would be less. You dint want the show to continue so don't blame it on the PH or SP or the TRP!
