No. Sanaya lives in Parsi colony in nariman point(source sbs..day out) mohit leaves in rustumji apt which is next to baruns evershine apt. Maybe she visit mohit often.

I remember someone had put up a post about sanaya's visit in US, and there someone asked her in Q & A does she live in Barun's blding and she said yes.

I am not sure and but remember reading it in the post

Ya i think its mohit that lives next to barun. Sanaya must be there all the time to visit mohit so I guess thats why he said its like we live in the same building
