Translations can be tricky, and I think the last parts of both quotes completely change meaning when translated correctly.

Don't give someone a god-like status, so much that his human-ness is of no use to you.

DOn't elevate someon so much that he cannot be seen anymore.

My intepretation of Akshay tweets is :

He is telling " Barun fans to not give God like status to a human like Barun. This will only make us not see his humanity anymore. "

!!!ly he saying "Dont give so much importance to Barun that he(as a human) is no longer even seen by you"

What he probably wants to say is when we see someone like a God or give him so much importance, we will not accept his human nature at all. ie.,his flaws , mistakes etc we will expect perfection all the time. This is actually not good for Barun (for us to put him on a pedestal.) he is human after all, treat him and love him as much as u love a fellow human being !!
