called again - 22nd - Amol- gave him my demands n told him to inform all the reps that they should not play with our emotions n give different stories to different customers calling...told him that is wrong! also told him will complain to the top bcos obviously complaining n putting our requets to them was not being understood - told him obviously they are not sending our requests to the "concrened dept" as we are getting exactly the opposite of what we want

also told him, if thats the case, I will complain right to the top so that instrcutions cans be given from there.

he was very apologetic (I think he got upset too-although he was still poilte) he said they admit BS is the reason the show is so popular, so they too do not want him to leave n r trying really hard

I said - well keep trying - if u have a very good actor, SP shud never have let a situation arise where the actor "decided" to leave
