something inside me broke pretty badly when i read sanaya's neat little statements in times of india. barun is a good friend and a great co-actor. she will carry on because such things happen in shows that run for five six years. other stuff. tricky questions but well handled.

i know no one is to blame. certainly not sanaya, and this walled in way is how we live in our neatly measured three dimensions.
such is life.
real world, revenue, life goes on, don't be naive, who cares about just a few thousand fans, trp it's all about trp that gets the advertiser, you don't count, endless advice, admonition, reality talk, because now i live in a world where everyone knows everything.
but somewhere i believed.
because my heart wouldn't hear of anything else.
i was not hallucinating, that was beauty on my tv screen night after night.
meant something.
not just advertiser trp life goes on.
meant something to the actors too. all of them. if it hadn't, i wouldn't have felt all that i did.
therefore, the hope, the fight, the calls, the ringing up anyone to see who can help, the coming back and protesting no matter how tired, never letting anything but faith enter my thoughts.
yet that interview broke something inside.
i don't doubt what i have seen or felt. especially about the sheer power of barun sobti on screen. may it take him far.
actually life doesn't go on, not when something matters to you. you just try to manage, and some day it looks like it has ceased to matter. but it never really does.
the faith remains, no matter what the day brings. and even if something in you cracks and hurts a bit.
none of the actors is being blamed here, please understand this is about a viewer's feeling at this difficult point, and do refrain from thinking this is a "bashing" post or anything remotely like that. as always, the best cast in the world was ours for a year and a half and a bit, only thanks and praise to them.
