Just got off the phone with SP and made it clear why we want Sarun to continue the arshi story (ideally with another PH) or end it on a positive note. And the guy at the other end said I completely agree with you. You are saying that you want to retain Barun, and continue with Sarun only, or end positively etc. and consider new PH. He said SP is still trying and will try their best.

Also told him about being totally miffed with suzana ghai's barun-gopi-vahu statement...

If the call center guys seems to totally get it, why can't the higher ups understand? don't they wanna understand what the viewers want?
