Script being followed by the Star Plus Call centre staff
This is what is happening when you call the StarPlus lines.
1.The person attending to your call takes your name ,number and email address.
2.Then the staff starts off by saying you are one of the many callers and how much they appreciate you calling and how they will give your feedback to the concerned persons ...blah blah blah.
3.The staff then confirms that Barun Sobti is quitting.(even without you asking)
4.The staff then says that the show is continuing with a new ASR.
5.If you check about the UK event,then you are told that they have no information about whether it is taking place!!!!.Really?...then what about the tickets already sold?The event happens in a few days time and they have no information.đ˛
6.If you check if Sanaya Irani is quitting,they say no information about it.Even though she is contracted to Star Plus.
Now you know why the show has deteriorated badly...Star Plus simply has no information about it...even though it is telecast on their channel.
PH was bad enough,Star Plus is the limit.đĄ

Its appears that the PH and StarPlus are standing on Barun's shoulders for publicity.Poor Barun
