Too early in their relationship ! Maybe he is Dhruv's and sheetal knows this somehow...could be a friend of hers and dhruvs ...unlikely she is his aunt as now sudenly she does not even care thst he is hurt...anything is possible! So Dhruv comes here to take him...or something...maybe he did not know he has a child...and here he meets Khushi...

Well khushi is adopted too so she probably felt so much more...am sure in time they will but will we be there to see or not depends on who she has it with ?

During the sbs segment of Diwali earlier, it shows Aarav was the only one left in Shantivan with the rest of Raizadas...I feel that they will adopt Aarav but he will feel disheartened towards Sheetal behaviour for using him for Arnav's money..atleast Anjali will feel happy & preoccupied with Aarav since she can shower her motherly love towards Aarav since she also lost her child during miscarriage..
