Maybe he thought Khushi misunderstood what Sheetal was saying, so that's why he went to Sheetal and didn't shout at her, but if you look at his face he is shocked / confused as to what he is hearing.

Arnav did not say' Khushi ne mujhe sab kuch bataya.'

He said,

'Khushi ne mujhe aarav ke baare mein bataya...sheetal tum...'

So doesn't mean he's accepting anything. AT least from the precap we dont know whats going to follow.

We can always hope cvs wont mess up so much.
