Im not sure if Arnav understood what his wife was asking
or he did understand and gave the answer in the same way
the question remains open
if he did understand and answered the question
the question is did Khushi understand the answer
or
she was still in her thoughts
she hasnt heard clearly i think
the other question why was he not happy about
Shital in house
has he something else to hid
or
is the limited knowledge of wife reaction
of knowing he has a relationship before
and her reaction be the reason
he is unhappy as it makes khushi unhappy
and he cant see that
remains to be seen
i dont think arnav has any clue as to whats cooking in her head
