If Arnav is indeed Aaravs father?
Then again it would be cliched as well if after the whole Ramayan Sheetal comes out as a vamp for whatever reasons .
I don't watch soaps , well that was before I started watching IPK.
This illegitimate kid track is something done to death in Ketka serials and yes I do know anout few of them since I was a passive viewer ( I mean I never watched it but I did catch up few epis now and then because those were extremely popular and hard to avoid totally when your entire household is watching it). Those soaps were all about illegitimate kids, other women, one night stands, cheating hubbies etc. We have problem here since we don't want ASR to become a Mihir Virani or well Some Basu or something( I am sure about the first name but other one I am not sure about). Well in those serials every men had illegitimate kids with the vamps and as far my knowledge IPK is not a Ketka show or ketkaish .
NO I Never expected ASR to be a virgin . But yes I DO EXPECT ASR to be a man in control of his life.
He had a troubled life , hence he had to fight tooth and nail to be successful in his life while fighting against the demons of his past. He might have slept with hundreds of women , but since he is an enigma for us I don't want him to have another woman an illegitimate kid out of one night stands in his life.
It just does not suit his character. It makes him look like a Mihir Virani or some other Ketka show heroes and most of us don't want that.
Now if Sheetal is a vamp working for Shyam and changed DNA report, plotted the whole thing to get revealed later track is going on then I think that's also quite boring.
In this case first Khushi, then Arnav and eventually the whole family would know and then drama, seperation, Khushis Mahanta, selflessness everything would come out to bore us to death.
I say either let it be Khushis suspicion only without Arnavs knowledge where she is going to distance herself from Arnav , not as a Mahan woman , but just being pure J about the other woman.
Let Sheetal work at AR and let Khushi MU ASR big time. Let her think that ASR knows about Sheetal and not telling her the truth .Yes she loves and trusts Arnav , but she is after all a human being. It was one thing to bring La back in ASRs life , but giving up her love because he fathered another woman's child whom he dated briefly many years ago? No way.
This track can be used very well to show extreme jealousy, angst from Khushis side and from Arnavs side it should be shock, pain when he comes to know that Khushi misunderstood him and he might loose her . Let him go in the path of investigations this time instead of Khushi to prove his innocence to his beloved wife. Let Arnav unveil the true face of this other woman while maintaining the fact throughout that he is not Aaravs father.He might or might not have slept with this woman but he has complete control over his life always. I don't want Arnav to try and accept Aarav because Khushi might force him to do so. Let him get back to old ASR mode and deny everything and then let him prove the actual truth ASR way.
