During that 40 days Sanaya/Khushi was fine running the shows, it was that Poojali and her snake lover crap that make the audiences puke and leave the show! 👎🏼

Possible. But I don't agree as the story line has been dragged too much. It was way before Sobti left for his Movie Shoot. If that was a reason then Channel would not have allowed him to go so I don't believe thats the reason. I think creatives dragged shyam's nonsense too much and we still see that Evil's game going on. Who wants to watch it plus the Anjali bakwas was going on for long time. I hate her to watch it now. The character of Khushi has been satyanash showing her committing suicide and then again bring Shyam back in the RM. Khushi would never do something like that. Its all because of Anjali's Di ki Saut track. Don't forget the idiot writer Hegde's comment about Dekhna hai toh Dekho.

Barun's absence for 40 days is not to blame for the low TRPs. There is a lot more that affects it.

Yes, Barun left for a while to shoot for a movie but he still returned to shoot some scenes. Yes, the kidnapping track was long and dragging but it was the only way to cover his absence without having to replace him with someone else, so we should be greatful. Also, people chose to stop watching the show (in India since thats where TRPs are counted). By people volunteering not to watch the show, it's going to have an effect on the numbers.

Now regards to the TRPs, they absolutely make no sense and not a reliable source. Just like Aamir Khan said in one of his interviews: "How can a 10000 people decide what 26 million people watch." The TRPs do not accurately reflect what people are watching as they are a very very small sample size and only in particular regions. Unfortunately, its the only measure India has but its not a very good one.

There are several reasons for TRPs to be low but I would not put the blame on an actor who works 26-28 days a month for a show we all love.

whatever!!!!! we see this show for Barun so how can he be the reason!!!!! anyways its your opinion!!

if a ph or channel permits any actor holiday they make banks or knw how to adjust them barun did not run away he got a green signal from sp n ph only then he went its the flawed story line to be blamed

I think his 40 days leave was not so much of a problem... because that track was managed well..

It was the Didi ki Saut track that caused low TRPs... it's because of the one who cannot be named..
