as for Anjali...I think she is under shock...Apart from Shaam no body has asked her how did she trip on the stairs...Maybe if someone poses that question to her she would remember.

I dont think at this stage she suspects shyaam at all...

Also I felt that Arnav has become suspicious of dadi-shyaam ...The familiarity of them made his mind click!!
