I know there is a lot of discontentment in the Forum regarding the way the show is going. One of the main sources of irritation is that Shyam and Anjali are getting way more attention and screen time than Arshi especially in the past few episodes!! Anyway, i decided to jot down some of my musing regarding the same. Sorry if they seem a bit disjointed!
(1) Arshi scenes lacking spark!
Many of us have complained that the Arshi scenes are lacking the spark they had before. For instance, although todays Rabba Ve was cute..it definitely lacked the magic and seemed a bit cliched! I think the main reason for that is the fact that Arnav and Khushi's relationship has fundamentally changed! They are no longer denying the fact that they love each other..so sometimes these eyelocks and rabba ves seem OTT. At this stage of their relation, I would prefer more teasing/flirtation and also instances which showcases how well they know each other and keep track of each other smallest needs/wishes! I think that would be more romantic than Rabba ves don't you think.
(2) Anjali and Shyam
A lot of the forum members have been complaining about the overdose of Anjali and Shyam scenes. As much as I like Arshi scenes (replay most of them over and over again), we need to see the nature of Anjali and Shyam's relationship! It is definitely required to move the story along! Otherwise, we will soon tire of Arshi romance! IPKKND is a drama afterall and we need Shyam's shenanigans to ensure spice in Arshi's relationship! Plus, unlike most of you, I sympathize with Anjali. And frankly, I like this change to her character and story. I think they are showing how completely gullible Anjali is in Shyam's hands..but they will also show in time how she will evolve as a stronger person and really stand up to him! And, frankly, if we didn't already know Shyam's nefarious acts..He really comes across as an ideal husband (think about it). People are questioning that how she can still trust him when he kidnapped her chhotte! But, think about it..nobody had any evidence of that..including Arnav..It was only Khushi's word!
(3) Daadi - Garima drama
I do agree that they are dragging this for too long. But, as spoilers suggest, she will take center stage when Khushi will get hurt! She has come in front of Daadi then.
Anyway, I would love to hear your viewpoint!
