i think the first four lines refer to arnav's past and his agony, when dadi taunts him about it[probably in relation to his marriage with khushi]; and the remaining lines refer to anjali continuing to meet shyam, and also dadi asking her about him, thereby reminding anjali about shyam and making her sad😭
