I think the contract will just go ignored from now on, given that Khushi has silently accepted him as her husband..so she is not going anywhere

I think the reason Arnav was crying is , He might have remembered the past in his dream and when Khushi tries to make him comfortable he might have broke down , till now he does not have a shoulder to cry but he might have found that shoulder.

Probably, he is remembering his mom and the injustice done to her.

He is thinking about the hadsa and his mom...
