This is what I think.

Nk and Arnav were BFF as kids. They were always together. So this is what they came up with

Nan from Nand Kishore and Nav from Arnav

Nan+Nav=Nannav whatcha think????

But I remember during the kidnap escape plan episode, NK ever mention to Khushi how Arnav get the name Nanav fm him...When they were kids, NK used to disturb Arnav alot cos' as we know Arnav is a loner and never like mingle with others since his childhood days so NK came up the idea by calling him Nanav instead and he love to make him look angry...so adorable and cute ...😆🤣😆🤣then after hearing this, Khushi was smiling after listening to NK story...
