Hi All
I have been following the interesting discussions, I am at work so behind on the pages and cant really take part and ugh the computers are so slow!!!
The current track that is playing should make one feel for Anjali and while I can understand the circumstances and what she is going through I still have not connected to her pain in terms of empathising with her, it isn't because I think she is grey (I don't think she has got to that stage) and I am someone who cries easily when watching tv, reading a book etc, however I just have not connected to her pain and her suffering in the same way I usually would in circumstances like these, I am still ambivalent and I am not sure why they are failing to connect on an emotional level with me.
It could be bec ..they are showing her as clingy and needy instead of shattered and devastated...They failed to endow her with a dignity of a deserted woman as she comes across as a woman who is immersed only in herself, her pleasures...
