After watching the promo, the thought in my mind is that perhaps Nani, Mami contingent might blame Khushi for going near Anjali and her subsequent decision to abort her baby. This might cause Khushi to make a decision about the six month marriage and enforce it! ME could be about Arnav trying to pacify her.

Arnavji is perhaps trying to convince her to stay and maybe redemption ASR style... Don't know... I've given up trying to figure out the minds of the cvs... They're absolutely brilliant at surprising me... Logical or illogical thought their thought process might be!!!
