I know that there has been some direct criticism of Anjali & Arnav's character & their behaviour but I think that the storyline is spot on ...
Just some views again - Anjali never saw the faults in her husband- she always looked for the positive despite having seen his mistakes & having been let down & on top of that she sees that the brother she has bought up pratically like a mother is responsible for evicting him out of her life. Remember the speech that Arnav delivers when Shyam attempts to go to Di - he tells him not to go anywhere near his sister & so she plays this over & over in her mind. She has doted on her brother for a very long time but her husband was her excitement - the father of her child- the person that supported her & whom she leaned on & so she cannot reconcile that one is responsible for the other's total absence!!😭😭
I know that members on IF have also criticised Armav for not coming out fully with his confession. But if you think about it - he knows that it would be humiliating for Khushi after all that she has had to endure. Why make things worse for her. Out of everyone she is the one that has had to suffer the most & for the longest period & in the hands of so many people. She is the one that is wronged. He knows that as he has been witness to it. THE FACT that he admits that he has got a lot wrong about one person goes such a long way in absolving him. 👏👏Don't forget that this comes from a man that never apologises-neverbacks down & never really admits defeat, Knowing that - this confession went a long way in sealing the gap between these two & building bridges. As he showed his disgust of his Jijaji at the same time he also claimed back the relationship to his wife. He instilled her with the confidence & faith that she stuck with through thick & thin.
Some beautiful moments were encapsulated in this epi- on the stairs when they sit next to each other - you know that they are thinking about the same thing - their concern & worry of their sister & he offers her comfort. Just a subtle soft gesture. Finally when his face turns into that cheeky grin as he decides to bring some light fun into the sitaution by the poolside. Effective on the back of all the worry that both have suffered & will continue with. When she looks up after failing to meet his glances head on & realises what he is about. That is so sweet. ❤️The pre-cap when he says that you will have to learn not to move back when I approach you & instead you will have to learn to venture forward with me. He is not referring to their movements but I think that he is referring to their life together from here on in & is referring to the many challenges that they will face.
I think that this was a really well orchestrated episode & I cannot find fault with it - well done all - Brillliant job - good opening to all the drama unfolding. Just glad that we have the good old quality days of IPKKND back again.👏👏⭐️👏👏
