i just realized that maybe arnav kushi and NK have planed something and thats why arnav was quiet today. maybe kushi arnav and NK have planed to make shyam confess himself by keep on accusing him and while trying to defend himself he will blurt out the truth and thats when arnav will slap him.

I think so too. Also this is not only the age of blood groups but genetic analysis so even if the blood group is the same the genetics is not.
