Really? It was a made up? Psht! I'm going mad in here. Yeah I know that the speculation says so BUT it has been mentioned that the 4th promo apparently says that their paths are related / Khushi is responsible in a way for Arnav's bitter past! Is these anything like that shown in any promo?
